    This workshop is for senior L&D managers responsible for implementing evaluation and measurement programmes within L&D. Delegates spend most of the time working on how to implement ROI within their organisation.

    During the workshop, delegates will:
    • Review the 7 critical business value questions for L&D
    • Be given a practical example of an ROI implementation
    • Use the tools – hands on experience working with the Line of Sight and Performance Pound™
    • Scope an evaluation and measurement project
    • Define metrics and reports
    • Work with financial data
    • Adapt the ROI processes to their organisation
    • Use ROI to give them confidence and credibility
    • Final presentation – a Voice in the Boardroom
    The workshop will include practical exercises and case studies.

    Workshop Outcomes
    Following the workshop, delegates will:
    • be able to manage the implementation of training measurement, evaluation and ROI in their organisation based on ROI Academy™ tools and techniques.
