We use standard engagement and implementation processes tailored to meet your specific needs and the type of programme to be measured. We assign a project director and a lead consultant who will work with you throughout the process.
The processes are based on the ROI Academy™ methodology and use our web-based tools to model, maximise and measure the impact and value of your training. The earlier you engage with us, the more value you gain. Ideally we start working with you during your training programme design and needs analysis. This means the evaluation can be built into the training programme design to:
- reduce costs
- ensure the skills offered are aligned to corporate goals
- maximise the potential value of the programme
However, if you want us to help you evaluate an existing training programme for future improvement, our tools and processes can be easily applied at this point.
