e-skills were confident that the ITQ programme was delivering business benefits to the employers, but they wanted to prove how successful it was. We measured the success of the programme within the Welwyn store of John Lewis and produced a detailed evaluation report and case study. Subsequently the ITQ programme has been rolled out across other stores of John Lewis.
