Using easy to read 'traffic light' charts your TRAINING SUCCESS report measures success under 4 main headings:- Report on training success to senior management and colleagues
- Give useful feedback to trainers
- Engage delegates and their managers in training
- Inform future development of training
- Support appraisals
There are 4 more charts giving detail of Training Success under each heading.
Alongside each chart is a table indicating possible causes of any concerns, and suggested actions for improvement.
It's a simple 3 stage process: 1) At the close of each training event delegates are invited to complete a feedback form, provided by us, either on paper or on-line as appropriate. 2) All the feedback is analysed by the ROI Academy against a best practice TRAINING SUCCESS model 3) You receive your Training Success Report for each programme. OPTION: if you are also using or plan to use the Training Impact Evaluator for measuring the impact of your training back in the workplace, the output from your Training Success Report can be linked to your Training Impact Report. It's low cost: Most people find the investment for just one Training Success Report is less than the cost of the time they spend collecting the data from existing evaluation sheets, transferring the information into a spreadsheet or similar, and producing the report themselves. The more programmes you measure, the lower the cost of your Training Success Reports.
